Meet The Hearts
Behind The Nest
OUR APPROACH
At Wellnest Apothecary Co, we are a collective of holistic practitioners united by a shared mission: to walk alongside families and individuals on their path to deep, sustainable healing. What sets us apart is not just our training or tools, but our lived experiences, our compassion, and our unwavering commitment to seeing and supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to turn next. Many of us have been there ourselves—as parents navigating complex needs, as individuals seeking answers to chronic health challenges, and as people craving a gentler, more intuitive approach to care. These personal journeys have shaped our professional work in profound ways.
Our work is rooted in classical and intuitive homeopathy, enriched by modern insights and evidence-based practices. We meet you exactly where you are and walk with you toward where you are meant to be. Whether you’re caring for a child with developmental or behavioural challenges, moving through the transitions of womanhood, facing fertility struggles, or just seeking alignment and vitality in your everyday life—we hold space for it all.
As a collective, we are here to ease the burden, offer clarity, and most importantly, to remind you that you are not alone. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, your hormones, your energy, or your spirit—we bring together our skills, our heart, and our commitment to create a space where true transformation is possible.
At Wellnest Apothecary Co, we don’t just treat symptoms—we witness stories, nurture wholeness, and guide each client toward lasting wellness in a way that feels aligned, intuitive, and real.

Kate McKenzie
Kate is a Homeopath, co-founder of Wellnest Apothecary Co., and a lifelong student of health and healing.
Her work is deeply shaped by her own experience as a mother. Navigating health challenges within her own family has given her a firsthand understanding of how complex and overwhelming this path can feel and how important it is to have steady, thoughtful support along the way.
Kate's practice is rooted in both classical training and a deep respect for the unique path each individual and family is on. With over a decade immersed in homeopathy, she brings a calm, thoughtful approach to even the most complex cases.
She began her formal studies at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in 2012 and has continued to refine her practice through ongoing education and mentorship.
